Seamless Process From Concept To Completion

We make it easy to deliver your new Pluspuu home. Our process gives you the speed and efficiency of a prefabricated build, but you still get a fully customised home that is unique to you.

Our process has two main phases: first is the Planning Phase, and second is the Construction Phase.

Planning Phase: We start by learning about you, your vision, and your site. We use your ideas to create initial drawings that show your dream home on paper. Next, we give you a detailed project cost that covers kit manufacture, shipping, and full installation. When you are happy with the designs and costs, we move on to engineering drawings and planning permission.

Construction Phase: After you get planning permission, we start the groundworks and foundations while your kit is made in Finland. We then ship the kit to your site, assemble it to the weather-tight stage, and apply protective finishes to the log work. Once the structure is complete, we hand it over to you so you can arrange the interior fit-out with local tradespeople you choose. We are always happy to advise your trades and support you throughout the process. We also work with a network of trusted local partners — from groundworks and planning to finance — who can support you at every stage of your project.
